Our app, Reflection, is developed to challenge you to dig deep and reflect upon your process of change. It has two categories: Manager and Employee, both of these categories contains a suite of questions for further reflection which will help you to be able to map your process of change and make you aware of subjects, you have never considered before.
Reflection is designed in a way so that you can share your reflections with colleagues, friends or family by email. Exchange of knowledge has never been more crucial than now and it is just as important to let your surroundings know where you are at in your process of change.
